The results are in, kids love birthday parties as Altitude Trampoline Park, it's also a known fact that parents love them too! Schedule your birthday parties with Altitude and let our party hosts do all of the work; from organization to setup and cleanup, parents should feel like they're able to sit back and enjoy the party as much as the kids. Even better, they should get out and jump!

Our parties are based on 10 or 20 jumper packages. We offer the option to have your party at a reserved table on our mezzanine overlooking the entire park (no elevator access) or in our spacious private room (downstairs) with your own tv with cable. We also provide the option of Papa John's pizza or you can choose to go without food.

When booking online remember that the table location chosen is not guaranteed.  Please call a manager if that specific table location is necessary.

Common Party FAQ’s

 
Is the birthday kid included in the jumpers for the party?
-No. The party kid, mom and dad are not included in the 10 to 20 jumper reserved party.

How long is the party?
- 2 hours. You will have access to your table/party room for that entire time.


Are safety socks included in the price?
-Yes, socks are included in the price of your party for each reserved jumper.

Is my party private?
- No. You will have your reserved table or room but there will be other jumpers and parties going on at the same time. Don't worry. We have plenty of trampoline space for everyone to get to play!

Is my deposit refundable?
- Yes as long as it is 48 hours before the party. All refunds must be made in person. No refunds or cancellations over the phone. (Phone cancellations run the risk of forfeiting a deposit)

Can I change the Party Package I have chosen if I have more/less jumpers than expected?
- Yes, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your changes.  Remember it is an additional $15 per jumper over your original reserved party number.  There will be no changes on the day of your party.

 
Do we bring our own decorations?
-If you want to, however we do provide table covers as well as plates, cutlery, and bottled water. If you do bring decorations of your own, we ask that you please do not bring anything that has to be taped up.
 
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
-No. We do not allow outside snacks, food, or drinks. The only outside food allowed is the dessert.  Water is provided for each of the jumpers.  Additional drinks and snacks can be purchased through the concession stand.
 
Do we have to get pizza? 
-No. We do have an option to go without food for your party. 

Can I get more pizzas than just what comes with the party?
- Yes, if not ordering them while booking your party, please let us know a minimum of 2 hours before party is to begin so we can coordinate your pizzas all arriving at the same time. 

If there is more than one birthday kid, do all the birthday kids get a free pass and tshirt? 
- No. Only 1 Free Hour Pass and 1 tshirt are included in the party. Additional passes and tshirts may be purchased though.
